What partners ask before they register.

What counts as a qualified referral?
A homeowner or builder who confirms the survey appointment and meets with our engineer at site. The lead is yours from that moment, regardless of whether they sign on day one.
When do I get paid?
Points credit at install handover. Redemption requests process monthly — typically the first week of the next month, into the bank account or vouchers you select.
Do I have to do the install plumbing myself?
No. If you prefer to refer and have our team handle the install entirely, the referral points are the same. If you want to do the plumbing as part of your usual scope, our engineer coordinates with you on the day. Either path earns the same.
Can I see my points balance?
Your monthly statement comes by WhatsApp from your assigned partner manager — points balance, referral status, redemption history, all in one message. We send it on the first working day of each month.
What if my referral chooses a competitor?
No penalty. We do not lock referrals into exclusivity. If the homeowner chooses someone else, we close the loop and you keep the relationship for the next referral.

Registration runs via the contact form — we follow up by WhatsApp with your partner ID and your assigned partner manager.
