Testimonials
What customers say.
The attributions below come from published case studies. Customers who have agreed to be named, in their own words, on the record. The wider review set, sourced from every install handover, is being collected systematically and will surface here as it lands.
From the case studies
Named, on the record.

“Before Uniwater, water was something we worried about every quarter. After Uniwater, it’s something we read in a monthly report.”

“We replaced four supplier relationships with one. The water is the same in the lecture halls, the ward, and the residences.”

“We replaced three supplier relationships with one. The maintenance team now reads one report a month and knows what the chemistry is doing across the plant.”

“Boiler scaling went from a planned twice-yearly disruption to a non-event. We get a parameter report after every visit; the engineer is the same person each month.”

“Per-flat water systems were going to mean per-flat service. One inlet means one contract. That’s the right design.”

“One vendor across three plants means I can finally compare what good operations look like across sites. The dashboard is the same; the engineer is the same; the report is the same.”
How reviews arrive
Collected at handover. Verified before publication.
Every install handover ends the same way: a written review request, with permission asked separately for naming and for using the response on this page. No incentive, no template — the customer’s words, edited only for length where they consent.
Reviews that name a person, organisation, or city are confirmed with that party before they appear here. Reviews that prefer to stay anonymous are published with sector and city only. The intent is what reads above: real homeowners and institutions, on the record, in their own language.
Named. On the record. Or not at all.
